APRIL KWOK WING-YAN
April Kwok is currently a Year 3 BA Product Design at Central Saint Martins College in London. After 3 years of secondary school in Hong Kong, April continues her education in the UK since 2006. The encouraging style of education at Kingswood School in Bath has brought her confidence in fine art and design, followed with the foundation study at Central Saint Martin in 2010, she has found her heart to Product Design. April has different working experience from organizing a fine art exhibition, stage production in the UK, and internships working from a packaging designer at Amazing World Ltd; from a visual merchandiser at American Eagle outfitter in Hong Kong to an industry production line worker in Mainland China. Apart from product design, April has special interested in advertising and hosting events.
April has a role as production manager in The Hyphen Project which is responsible in exhibition set up and other workshop based activities. The Hyphen Project is a non-profit student based association, offers Hong Kong students from University of the Arts London an exposure abroad and a link to connect with the public, as well as a platform to display their artistry.
