How can the gallery space change our ways of perceiving art and design?
This year, When Arts Meet 2014 emphasizes on space, surroundings and interactions. Through presenting works in unconventional ways, we hope not only to explore new possibilities of our works, but also to provide viewers a fun and interactive exhibition experience, encouraging them to understand the story of the art behind.

The Moving Gallery是一個我們早前在倫敦舉辦的實驗性展覽，其意念是透過把藝術品帶到鬧市中展出，去探索環境與藝術品之間的關係 。觀者會否在沒有展覽館的設置下認真觀賞作品？這個不一樣的展覽方式，又會否引起大眾市民對藝術有進一步的了解？
基於這實驗,When Arts Meet 2014 希望透過展覽場地空間的改變，來提升觀者與作品之間的互動，藉此為作品發掘更多可能性，鼓勵觀者深入了解每件作品背後的故事。

NEW DESIGNER 2014
April is showing her chocolate project at the New Designer 2014. The project was working with Bow & Arrow under the brief to design a chocolate with the hollow-wafer technology along with a suitable packaging.

Each student presents a personal project exploring a wide range of issues as well as addressing a client set brief. Clients include Luceplan, Joseph Joseph, Hitch Mylius, Bormioli Rocco Glass, Camden Council / Design for Social Innovation and Sustainability, and Bow & Arrow.
THE MOVING GALLERY
The Hyphen Project is completed a moving gallery which the concept is to opposite the perception of gallery being passive and viewer being active. The moving gallery is formed by baskets which are flexible to transport and create different structure for display. The gallery was held in May/June 2014.
